Custom-Logo Drinkware Welcome Kit for a US Fitness Chain
Powder-coated vacuum bottles and time-marker sports bottles with laser and printed logos, sampled, tested and packed as member welcome kits for a US fitness chain.

A garden-centre group in the United Kingdom wanted to refresh its seasonal floor with an own-label artificial Christmas range. The buying team had a clear picture of the shop floor: a tiered display of trees at three heights, matching garlands for the till points and entrances, and packaging strong enough to sit on open shelving without looking tired by mid-December.
The range needed to arrive in one consolidated shipment, ahead of the autumn set-up window, so that stores could build displays in a single pass rather than waiting on staggered deliveries from several factories.
Seasonal décor is a category where the look on a photo and the look in a store can drift apart, so we started with physical comparison rather than spec sheets.
We shortlisted tree factories with proven PE moulding capacity and asked each for branch-tip samples in the client's preferred green tones. Tips were photographed side by side under daylight and warm store lighting, then posted to the buying team, who chose a single PE/PVC mix for the whole range so the three heights would read as one family on the floor.
Once the tip was approved, complete samples of each tree height and the garland were produced within our usual 7–15 day sample window. The client reviewed fullness, stand stability and the time needed to fluff branches, and asked for a slightly heavier tip count on the 7ft model, which we built into the production spec.
Our packaging team adapted the client's artwork to box dielines for each height, adding a window-free design that kept the tree hidden but showed a printed lifestyle image. We specified corrugated board grade and handle reinforcement so boxes could be carried home by shoppers without tearing.
Trees were produced at one factory and garlands at a specialist lighting supplier, with our QC staff coordinating both lines against a single approved sample set.
Any findings were photographed and shared in a written report before goods were released, giving the buying team a clear view of what was going into the container.
Goods from both factories were delivered to a consolidation warehouse near Shanghai, where we planned the load to make the best use of the 40HQ. Heavier tree cartons went to the floor, garland cartons filled the upper tiers, and each pallet zone was labelled by SKU to speed up unloading at the client's distribution centre.
We prepared the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and shared loading photos with the client's forwarder. From approved tip sample to container loading, the program ran over roughly fourteen weeks, comfortably inside the window the buying team had set for the autumn display build.
The group now has a documented spec, approved artwork and a factory pairing that can be re-run or extended with new heights or colourways in a future season.
For seasonal trees, locking the branch-tip colour with physical samples before anything else keeps every height in the range looking like one family.
