What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and how much customization you need. Many items in our catalog start at 50–500 pieces, and each product page lists the MOQ where the factory has set one. Send your target quantity and we'll confirm options.
How long do samples and production take?
Samples typically take 7–15 days. Bulk production usually takes 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, customization and the season. Christmas and Halloween goods should be booked several months ahead of your shelf date.
How do you ship and which Incoterms do you offer?
We ship worldwide by sea, air and express. We commonly quote FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, and can also quote EXW, CIF or DDP on request. Mixed-product orders can be consolidated into one container.
